Why this does not replace the technical evaluation
These materials are general: they apply to anyone who has just lost data. Their whole purpose is to stop you making the damage worse before anyone looks at the device.
The technical evaluation is a different matter. It is specialist diagnostic time spent on your particular device, in the laboratory, and it is what actually establishes what can be recovered and by what route. That is why it is a paid service, and why no guide can replace it.
