The card asks to be formatted. What should I do?
Do not accept the format and do not install recovery software: either can write over the files. Unplug it and contact us.
Can a broken or wet stick or card be recovered?
We study each case. If it got wet, remove the liquid from the surface with paper towel, without rubbing, put it in a closed bag and bring it in immediately, without heat or rice.
Why can recovering a stick cost more than the stick itself?
Because the cost depends on the laboratory work the fault requires, not on the price of the device. What is valuable is the information it holds.
Do you keep a copy of my files?
We do not keep copies of your information once the case is closed, unless you request it.
