What we do, and how
Laboratory work on damaged media
Clean room (laminar flow chamber with positive pressure), head replacement and board-level repair, which is what makes a physically destroyed device readable in the first place.
Work is done on images, never originals
A forensic-grade image is taken first and all work happens on the copy. The original is preserved exactly as received.
Documented method
The technical document sets out not only the findings but how they were reached, which is what makes the work reviewable.
Restricted access
Access limited to the specialists assigned, under confidentiality agreement.
The boundary, stated plainly: we provide TECHNICAL recovery and analysis. We do not provide expert opinions with standing before a court, nor expert testimony at hearings. Both require an accredited professional appointed under the relevant procedure, which is a different service that we do not offer. Our work can support an investigation; it does not replace the formal expert appointment.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide expert opinions for court proceedings?
No. We provide technical recovery and analysis. An opinion with standing before a court requires an accredited expert appointed under the relevant procedure. We would rather state that clearly at the outset than have it discovered later.
Can you recover data from a deliberately destroyed device?
Frequently yes. Physical destruction rarely reaches the entire magnetic surface or every memory chip. The evaluation establishes what survived.
Is the original device altered by the work?
No. Work is carried out on a forensic image and the original is preserved as received.
What does the technical evaluation cost?
The evaluation has a cost, because it takes specialist diagnostic time on damaged media.
Do you need to recover the content of a damaged device?
Tell us what happened and we will explain how we would approach your case.
We answer in English by email and WhatsApp. Phone calls are answered in Spanish.
